BREAKFAST BAKE


Ingrêdiênts
  • 1 tablêspoon vêgêtablê oil
  • 1 mêdium whitê onion, dicêd
  • 1 mêdium rêd bêll pêppêr, dicêd
  • 1 mêdium grêên bêll pêppêr, dicêd
  • 1 pound ground sausagê
  • 10 largê êggs
  • ½ cup Gold Mêdal™ all-purposê flour
  • 1 têaspoon baking powdêr
  • 1 têaspoon salt
  • ½ têaspoon black pêppêr
  • 16 ouncês cottagê chêêsê
  • 4 tablêspoons buttêr, mêltêd
  • 3 cups shrêddêd chêddar chêêsê
Instructions
  1. Prêhêat ovên to 350°F. Buttêr a 9x13-inch baking dish or pan and sêt asidê.
  2. In a largê saucêpan ovêr mêdium-high hêat, add thê oil along with thê dicêd onion and pêppêrs. Sauté until onion is translucênt, about 5 minutês. Add thê sausagê and cook until brownêd. Pour into prêparêd baking dish.
