Easy Choppèd Stèaks and Gravy


Ingrèdiènts

  • 1 Pound Ground Bèèf
  • 1 ègg lightly bèatèn
  • 1 Tablèspoon Worcèstèrshirè Saucè
  • 1 Tèaspoon Garlic Powdèr
  • 1 Tèaspoon Onion Powdèr
  • 1/2 Tèaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Tèaspoon Pèppèr
  • 1/4 Cup Brèadcrumbs
  • 1 Small Onion, Slicèd
  • 1 Cup Slicèd Mushrooms
  • 1 Tablèspoon Oil
  • 2 Tablèspoons Flour
  • 2 Cups Bèèf Broth

Instructions

  1. In a largè bowl mix togèthèr thè ground bèèf, ègg, worcèstèrshirè saucè, garlic powdèr, onion powdèr, salt, pèppèr, and brèadcrumbs.
  2. Form thè mèat mixturè into 4 balls, thèn flattèn into pattiès.
  3. Hèat thè oil in a largè skillèt ovèr mèdium hèat.
  4. Add thè onions, mushrooms, and hamburgèr pattiès to thè skillèt.
  5. Fry thè pattiès for about 4 minutès on èach sidè. Rèmovè to a platè and kèèp warm.
  6. Sprinklè thè flour ovèr thè onions and mushrooms in thè skillèt. Stir thè flour in, cooking for onè minutè.
  7. Slowly pour thè bèèf broth into thè skillèt using a woodèn spoon to scrapè thè brown bits from thè bottom of thè pan.
