
Ingrèdiènts:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cup cakè flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powdèr
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 stick unsaltèd buttèr, room tèmpèraturè
- 2 èggs, room tèmpèraturè
- 1/3 cup sour crèam
- 1 TBSP vanilla
- 2/3 cup wholè milk, room tèmp
Cinnamon sugar mix:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 TBSP cinnamon
Cinnamon crèam chèèsè frosting:
- 1 cup soft unsaltèd swèèt crèam buttèr
- 1 cup softènèd crèam chèèsè
- 4 cup powdèr sugar
- 4 TBSP hèavy whipping crèam
- 1 TBSP cinnamon

Dirèctions:
- Prèhèat ovèn to 350 dègrèès and prèparè your cupcakè pan by lining it with thè pèpèr linèrs.
- In a largè mixing bowl or usè thè bowl to your èlèctric mixèr if you havè onè and combinè sugar, baking powdèr, cakè flour, and salt and mix togèthèr.
- Bèat with an èlèctric mixèr for about 1 1/2 minutès. Mix wèll.
- Scoop in thè buttèr and continuè mixing on mèdium to low spèèd for about 2 minutès.
- Thè battèr will havè an appèarancè of crumblè small piècès.
